Here are the buildings uploaded since my last post. I am starting to post the descriptions that are written in other languages (other than English) also. I am doing this because we have some international visitors to sketchupbuildings, and I want to embrace all our reader!
Adelaide, South Australia
20 Hindmarsh Square (Adelaide)
Description
The proposed "20 Hindmarsh'' development, will be a 15-storey hotel and 14-storey apartment complex on the site of the old Wallis Cinema site. The Hines Properties Group is responsible for this development. Construction of the development is expected to start in early 2008 and be completed by the end of 2009.

Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Maritime Museum Rotterdam
Description
Maritime Museum Prins Hendrik, Rotterdam - Architect W. Quist - built 1981-1986. This building is in the style called Neorationalism, in which geometric forms play a major role. The Maritime Museum of Rotterdam officially opened in 1874. It is the oldest maritime museum in the Netherlands. The number of maritime objects in the collection has grown to over half a million, divided into categories like ship models, paintings, prints, drawings, nautical charts and globes, ship plans, photos, films, videos, navigation instruments, nautical instruments, ship furniture and numerous personal objects, such as documents and clothes. The museum is in the heart of the city centre. Immediately south of this building is an open air Inland Shipping Museum, dedicated to inland water transport. It has a good collection of barges in the harbour, some still undergoing restoration.

Tour Montparnasse
Description
Tour Maine-Montparnasse (Maine-Montparnasse Tower), also commonly named Tour Montparnasse is a 210-metre (689-foot) tall office skyscraper located in Paris, France, in the area of Montparnasse. Constructed from 1969 to 1972, it is the tallest skyscraper in France. In the future, it may be surpassed in height by the superrenovated Tour AXA (225 m), and later by Tour Phare and Tour Generali (both approximately 300 metres).

Tour Manhattan - Quartier de La Défense
Description
La tour Manhattan est un gratte-ciel de bureaux situé dans le quartier d'affaire de La Défense, en France (précisément à Courbevoie, dans le quartier de la Défense 2). Construite en 1975, haute de 110 m, la tour Manhattan est la première tour de la Défense qui ne possède pas une forme parallélépipédique, mais dont la silhouette est courbe.

1st Street and College - Historic District - Cheney, WA
Description
Block of historic buildings on 1st street. Key building (corner) is 424 First St. (1910 and 1924) Built by the Security National Bank, this was designed by the well-known architectural team of Kirtland Cutter and Karl Malmgren. The result was one of the more monumental and impressive structures ever built in Cheney. The sandstone for the cornice and other design details was quarried from a well-known quality source near Tenino, Washington. Local builder Ed Erickson put the plans of Cutter and Malmgren to practice and the bank was completed in early 1911.

113 "F" St. - Downtown Historc District - Cheney, Wa
Description
(1925) The combination of concrete and wood frame construction here is rare in Cheney, as is the application of Art Deco design elements. A mild Art Deco effect is achieved in the full-height pilasters and central triangular parapet of the front facade, the vertical concrete wall buttresses of the sides, as well as the diamond-shaped appliques below the plain cornice of the front parapet. The storefront has been extensively modified but retains the central recessed entry configuration.This building has seen use by various business enterprises, including a bakery, a pawn shop and, according to some accounts, a moving picture theater. The upper level has been converted to apartments.

Old Odd Fellows Building - Downtown Historic District - City of Cheney
Description
(1904) This two-story brick commercial structure was built by the Cheney Lodge No. 21 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a nationally prominent fraternal organization. Beginning in the early 1880s and for many years afterward, the Cheney Odd Fellows could claim as members many of the wealthiest and most influential men in the community. The interior floor plan is still divided as originally designed, with commercial storefront space below and a meeting hall above. Not only did the Odd Fellows conduct their meetings on the upper level for many years, it was rented out for other functions and was one of the busiest gathering places in Cheney.

Cheney Electric Light Works - Downtown Historic District
Description
1890. The machinery for producing electricity was in the basement in a semi-subterranean stone structure, with a fifty-foot smoke stack behind it. Power was created by burning fuel, perhaps coal or oil, and using the steam produced to turn two "incandescent dynamos." The lower level of the main building was designed for use as storage or commercial space. The upper level seems to have always been used as a multiple-unit residential rental.

LAX Welcome Lights
Description
In 2000, 14 Glass Cylinders, 8 to 10 Stories high where constructed in a circle at the entrance of Los Angeles International Airport. The Lights light up in a rainbow of colors at night, welcoming visitors to Los Angeles. The lights where constructed for the Democratic National Convention which Los Angeles hosted in 2000 at the Staples Center Downtown. Today the lights have become a major LAX Landmark. LAX Old FAA Control Tower
Description
The Original Control Tower for the Los Angeles International Airport stands as 14 Stories, 172 feet and was completed in 1961. The Tower served as the airport's main traffic control tower from October 1962 to April 1996 where it was replaced by a newer more modern 22 Story Control Tower down the street. First Baptist Church of Philadelphia
Description
The First Baptist Church of Philadelphia is located in Center City, south of the Liberty Center. It was founded in 1698, just a few years after William Penn founded the city. The church is an adaptation of Byzantine and Romanesque architectural styles. The exterior was made with Holmesbur granite, and the trimmings with Worcester stone. Model by Noel Nemcik.

Liberty Place
Description
Liberty Place is located in Philadelphia’s Center City, just west of City Hall. It is made of two towers, One and Two Liberty Place. One Liberty Place is among the tallest buildings in the city, soaring to a height of 945 feet. It was completed in 1987 and was the first building to break the agreement not to exceed the height of the William Penn Statue on the top of the City Hall (which is stands at 548 ft.). Two Liberty Place is slightly smaller than it’s sister building, rising to 848 ft. It was built in 1990. Architects were Murphy/Jahn, Inc. Architects and Zeidler Partnership Architects. Bell Atlantic Tower
Description
The fourth highest building in Philadelphia, the Bell Atlantic Tower rises to a height of 739 feet. Designed by architecture firm Kling Lindquist Partnership, the building sits on the southern most part of the lot, due to height restrictions along Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The building, located in Center City in Philadelphia, was completed in 1991. Model created by Zach Moore.

St. Louis, Missouri
Dennis and Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center
Description
The Dennis and Judith Jones Visitor and education center was formerly the Lindell Pavillion in Forest Park in St. Louis. The pavillion once served as a streetcar station during the 1890s and now houses a gift shop, cafe, classrooms, and banquet facility. The pavillion opened as the Visitor and Education center after a $3.8 million dollar renovation in 2003 by architect Mackey Mitchell. Model by Catherine Moats.

University Plaza Apartments
Description
The University Plaza Apartments are listed with National Register of Historic Places. It took 10 years to complete from design to finish and was completed in 1918. The building was renovated for living spaces in 1994 in an attempt to revitalize the Grand Center arts district. The building is located minutes to the Arena, Central West End, and downtown. US Courthouse/Customhouse
Description
This Mauran, Russell and Crowell building, completed in 1934, was a product of a Publics Works Administration program aimed at improving the quality of governmental buildings. Its historical significance is rooted in the Civil Rights era as the location of numerous judical actions proceeding the movement. The sculptures of Equal Justice and Law and Order at the main entrance and art deco characteristics give the building a consistently high level of architectural value. Model by Catherine Moats.

Powell Symphony Hall
Description
Currently the home of the St. Louis Sypmphony, it was originally called the St. Louis Theater. It was renamed after the St. Louis businessman Walter S. Powell, after his widow donated one million dollars towards the purchase of the hall for use by the symphony. In 2001 the building was entered on the National Register of Historic Places. It is located on Grand Boulevard, which houses many other theaters. Designed by architects Rapp & Rapp. Model by Mason Thrall.

Beaux Arts Building
Description
An art deco massing rises behind a squat building fronting Grand Boulevard in St. Louis. Located directly across the street from the Powell Symphony Hall, the building is a striking presence on the boulevard. The building housed the Carter Carburetor Corporation which went out of business in the 1990's. It was built in 1928.

Denver, Colorado
Platte River Pedestrian Bridge
Description
This cable-styled pedestrian bridge spans the Denver’s South Platte River, connecting the Commons West apartments and other development north and west of the river with the downtown area. It is part of a major redevelopment program happening in the Central Platte Valley area. It mimics the larger, iconic Millennium Bridge, which lies just south east of this bridge. The Torch
Description
The Torch is a building located at the east end of Yonge-Dundas Square in downtown Toronto. It is the former location of the Olympic Spirit Centre, an interactive sports exhibit sanctioned by the International Olympic Committee. The building features many advertising signage and a large digital screen facing the square.

North Ave Presbyterian Church
Description
The North Ave. Presbyterian Church is located in down town Atlanta, Georgia. The church consists of four buildings that are joined and sit on a plot of land about half a block in size. Model by Austin Metzger.

CNN Center
Description
Loctated in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, The CNN Center is the World headquarters of the Cable News Network CNN, home to the main news rooms and sets for the anchors of several of CNN's news channels. Opened in 1976 as the Omni International, CNN did not move in untill 1987. The CNN center still houses part of the Omni Hotel, which now has a 600 room addition adjasent to the CNN Center. In addtion to the hotel there is a shopping mall also located in the building. The space that CNN occupies in CNN Center used to be home for The World of Sid and Marty Krofft Amusement Park. Georgia Dome, Atlanta, Georgia
Description
The Georgia Dome is owned by the State of Georgia and operated by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. The 290 foot building was completed in 1992 and is the largest cable supported domed stadium in the world. The building cost $214 million and has a seating capacity of 71,250. The dome is used annually for NFL's Atlanta Falcons, Southeastern Conference Football Championship Game and The chick-fill-a Bowl. It has also been used for concerts, basketball and gymnastics among other things. Model created by Geoffrey Berlin.

Description
In March of 1994 the Georgia General Assembly approved $28 million to build a six acre park atop a 1,000 space parking lot. The park was designed by Leslie Design Associates, Inc and it serves as a central axis point for the Georgia World Congress Center, The Georgia Dome and the Philips Arena. The GWCC has since undergone many additons, making it the foruth largest exibiton space in the U.S. at 1.4 million square feet. Atlanta-based architects Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates (TVS) desined the GWCC. The Center is made up of three adjacent buildings, Buildings A, B, and C. In total these buildings have twelve exhibit halls, 105 meeting rooms, and two ballrooms. Building A has three exhibit halls and the Sydney Marcus auditorium seating 1,740. Building B, the largest, contains five exhibit halls and the 33,000 square-foot Thomas B. Murphy Ballroom. The newest building, Building C, has four exhibit halls and the 25,700 square-foot Georgia Ballroom. Other amenities include a FedEx Kinko's office, Starbucks coffee shops, a gift shop, internet access, a concierge desk, and a food court plus another restaurant. Omni Hotel
Description
Designed by Culpepper, McAuliffe and Meaders and completed in 2003 the Omni Hotel North Tower provides luxury accomidations to the Cnn Center, Georgia World Congress Center, Philips Arena and Centennial Olympic Park. The tower stands 309' and is located at Andrew Young International Boulevard and Marietta Street. Model by Adam Hecht and Geoffrey Berlin.

Philips Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
Description
The Philips Arena Site on the former site of the Omni Arena. It is connected to the CNN Center, The Georgia International Plaza, the Georgia World Conference Center and a MARTA station. The $213 million Arena was designed by HOK Sport + Venue + Event and seats 21,000. The Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Thrashers and the Georgia Force all use it as their home arena, the arena also is equipped to hold concerts. Model created by Geoffrey Berlin.
