Description
Currently under construction, completion expected in 2009. Designed by Studio Gang Architects; Loewenberg + Assoc. The 82 stories of unique undulating balconies give the exterior a rippling effect like water. Modeled by Holly Alcorn

340 On The Park

Description
Built in 2007; designed by Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Assoc. Upon completion, it is the tallest all-residential building in Chicago and second tallest in the U.S. at 672 feet. It is also the first residential building in Chicago to meet the Green Building Council's certification standards (LEED). Modeled by Holly Alcorn

Charter One Pavilion

Description
Charter One Pavilion is an outdoor concert hall in Chicago. It is located on Northerly Island on the grounds of the former Meigs Field general aviation airport. Construction started in 2005. The venue seats 8,000 people and hosts many different musical artists and shows. Due to a settlement agreement made by the city of Chicago to maintain the island as a nature preserve, the Charter One Pavilion is a temporary structure.[1] It must be assembled each spring and disassembled each fall.
