Architect: NA - Built: NA - The „park inn“ is a four star hotel next to the uno city in Vienna. The owner of this hotel company is “Rezidor Hotel Group”. This hotel in Vienna has 135 rooms on 6 floors for business and leisure travelling. “Rezidor Hotel Group” has much more locations worldwide (in Summer 2007 the group has about 55000 rooms) and they are growing very fast. - Model by: Petra Mautner

Church and Bank Austria

Description
Architects: Heinz Tesar (church), Paolo Piva (bank) - Built: 1999-2000 - This small church (approximately 21.5m by 21.5m) with its pious name of "Christus, Hoffnung der Welt" (Christ, Our Saviour) attempts to draw attention to itself in spite of being dwarfed by the tall United Nations buildings and the Donau City high-rises. Heinz Tesar was the winner of the invited competition held by the Diocese of Vienna under Boris Podrecca's chairmanship. Tesar's rational interpretation of the light metaphor has resulted in an interior that is unexpected. The cube-shaped glazed openings in each of the upper corners to let in light were one of Carlo Scarpa's favourite motives. - Model by: Philip Krassnitzer

STC Rotterdam

Description
The Shipping and Transport College in Rotterdam. Rotterdam's educational institutions have combined their courses in shipping, harbour and transport in one building. 4,000 students are being educated for a profession in the shipping, transport or process industry. The building comprises hundreds of places for theoretical and practical study, including classrooms, computer rooms, workshops and a fleet of simulators. There are also offices, a conference centre, a restaurant, a canteen, a café and a sport and fitness centre. The building is fifteen storeys tall with the facilities being linked by escalators. It has a number of energy-saving systems such as heat recovery from the waste air. Completed 2005, Neutelings Riedijk Architects, Rotterdam.

Bunker Hill Apartments

Description
Completed in 1968, the Bunker Hill Apartments Compelx was the first development to be constructed on the New redevelopment of Bunker Hill, today an upscale Downtown Los Angeles Distric full of Office Towers, Plazas, Gardens, and Apartment Buildings. The Tallest Tower is 32 Floors, 349 feet. The other two highrises stand at 19 Floors.

755 Tower

Description
The 755 Tower is a planned Office Tower for Downtown LA. If built, it would be Downtown's first major skyscraper since the California Plaza Two in 1992. While Details are still sketchy, the project is around 50 stories high, and should be completed sometime by 2010.

Jonathan Club & Manulife Plaza

Description
The Jonathan Club is a prestigious private social club with only two clubhouses, one in Downtown, the other in Santa Monica. The Downtown clubhouse has a Ballrooms, A Health Club, A Library and other Amenities. It rises 12 Stores and was completed in 1924. The Manulife Plaza is a modern 21 Story Office Building completed in 1982.

Description
Originally built as the Pierce Building in 1907, it was refurbished, given a modern facade, and an addition in 1984, reopening as the Adam's Mark Hotel.
